CUTTING-EDGE 5FM IN NASHVILLE, U.S., THIS WEEKEND

She reads news, does voice over work, emcees corporate events, does djing at nightclubs, and most of all, she hosts the 5fm Top 40 on Saturdays. In short, she is in pop-culture demand. And, this weekend--this Octher, she flies out to the U.S. 5fm style to do her show in Nashville, Tennessee, to the power of 5.

 

Sureshnie Rider is flying off and out of the country this Thursday, October 25. Her mission: to go mingling with the famous and show-busy, get up close and personal with the six-time Grammy Award winner Taylor Swift. Swift, who's released a new album--her fourth studio offering--has already attracted rave reviews. According to the Rolling Stone mag,

"Taylor Swft is a turbine of artistic ambition and superstar drama, and Red is a 16-song geyser full of willful eclecticism. Her self-discovery project is one of the best stories in pop. When she's really on, her songs are tattoes."

Sushie, as her loving colleagues are wont to call her, will be over there to give us listening mortals the scoop first-hand. And we wait with bated breath. Incidentally, Red is the title of the album by Taylor Swift.
